Bach Flower Remedies (or Essences) are Liquid Remedies that focus on emotions and personality traits.
 

If you feel out of balance, they can get you back to being yourself.
 

When you realize that some emotions are getting in the way of the best version of yourself, a few drops of the right mix of flower remedies will certainly get you back to track.

ThetaHealing

ThetaHealing is a mental training, using theta brainwave meditation and a set of techniques that guide you to identify subconscious, self-limiting beliefs, allowing you to change them and reprogram yourself, consciously, to a higher quality of life.

Meditation Guidance

There are many techniques for meditation.
It can be devotional or a pure brain exercise, it can be a solitary practice or in a group.
I introduce different techniques, making each session into an exploration of a theme so that you can find your most compatible meditation to foster your own peace of mind.

Deeksha (a.k.a. Oneness Blessing)

Deeksha is a transfer of energy which frees the senses from the constant chatter of the mind resulting in clarity of perception and spontaneous feelings of love, joy, peace, and inner silence. It dissolves negative life patterns, releases traumas stored at the cellular and energetic levels, and facilitates deep emotional and physical healing.

Deeksha shifts energy from chronically overactive thinking centres of the brain to underactive frontal lobe calming centres. This “re-wiring” of the brain enables the senses to become free from the interference of the mind.

 

When the senses are unclouded by the mind’s interpretations, a natural clarity of perception occurs with accompanying feelings of joy, inner peace, connection, and Oneness. These feelings are causeless in nature and not a product of any particular experience or life circumstance.

It is dogma-free and does not belong to any particular religion, philosophy or belief-system. It helps each of us to discover and fully Experience the Reality of our own uniqueness.

Yin Yoga for Stress & Burnout

Yin Yoga is a slow and introspective practice, targeting at a smooth and passive traction of the connective tissues.
It is based on the knowledge of TCM and brings not only a deep stretch but also calms the mind and soul.

 

It is great for those looking for peace of mind and a break from the chaotic daily life.

Tuning Forks

Sound frequency is now recognised as being an extremely efficient healing modality.

 

The tuning forks are tools for creating precision frequencies - and on healing modalities, they are used around the body and by the ears - during relaxation or while in meditation - to balance your nervous system, improve energy flow and promote spiritual awareness.

Each Solfeggio tone, for example, is comprised of a frequency required to balance your energy and keep your body, mind and spirit in perfect harmony.

It will open your energy channels, thus tuning up and energizing your body and surroundings.

The Enneagram in the Narrative Tradition (in training)

The Enneagram is a powerful and dynamic personality system that describes nine distinct and fundamentally different patterns of thinking, feeling and acting.

People can show the same behavior but differ in what’s driving it. So we need to explore not only what we do, but more importantly why we do it – our motivation. Finding out how our motivation works inside us is an important journey of discovery.

 

Currently training to be a Typing Practitioner at the Narrative Tradition. Meanwhile, there is a lot of material and insights which can be brought to a session if you already know your type.

We learn better from things that we discover ourselves. In the Enneagram Narrative Tradition we have found that encouraging people to explore and self-type gives much more profound insight and growth than filling in a questionnaire. Self-typing is a structured method of introspection, self-reflection and communication of the insights that you gain – and it’s usually great fun! Dora's life experience also includes a degree on Social Communication, Publicity and Advertising and a decade working with the corporate world at her family’s business back in Brazil.
